Special Cell for protection of Run-Away Couples
In-charge Women Safety Cell, Police Headquarters shall collect and maintain information and prepare the database in respect of run-away couple(s) who approach the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High court and the Hon'ble District and Session Courts in the State of Haryana for protection and call for reports regarding assessment of threat perception to them.
In this regard, 24 hours helpline number 9992465998 or 112 has been set up to receive and register requests for protection and coordination with the concerned police officer for providing necessary assistance/advice/ protection to such couple(s).
