Under this Website SMS based services have also been provisioned, under which the citizens could receive SMS from the Website. In the event that a user creates his/her profile, a One Time Password (OTP) would be sent to the registered mobile number, via usage of which the user would be able to complete his/her profile creation. Further, SMS would also be sent to the user mobile number as and when a complaint or a service request is registered by the user. The SMS would be in the name of short-code “DM-HRYPOL”. This SMS would contain the Unique Registration ID for the particular complaint/service request, which the user would have to preserve for future references. Further, the SMS will also be sent to the citizen in the event of any changes in the status of his/her complaints or service requests.
